Nasma Saidi is a Finance Manager of Blue Economy Organisation Tanzania, she is dedicated marine scientist persuading a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from the Institute of Marine Science, University of Dar es Salaam. With a robust academic background and hands-on experience, Nasma has worked as a Research and Data Assistant at the Deep-Sea Fishing Authority, where she played a pivotal role in fisheries management. Her expertise spans various aspects of marine science, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS), marine spatial planning, and oceanography. Nasma is passionate about applying her skills and knowledge to contribute to sustainable marine resource management and conservation not only that but also enhancing the growth of blue economy through innovations and collaborations and intersection between science economy and policy and she is committed to using her knowledge to influence positive change on blue economy.
